Immigration Assessment
Bart and Associates will assess your immigration case and provide a legal opinion regarding your case for a fee of USD $200 (or CD$ 200 plus HST $26 for Canadian residents). The fee is payable to Bart and Associates, by way of a bank draft, money order, certified cheque or Mastercard/Visa. Below is a Pre-Application Questionnaire for your completion in full and return to our office. We have also included a payment form. Both forms should be completed and sent by email to bart@bartlaw.ca. Upon receiving both forms, we will schedule a telephone consultation. This legal fee will be credited towards any future legal work we do on your behalf assuming you wish to retain us for a specific matter thereafter.
